Reblogged from thedisneyprincess are these KILLER posters featuring establishments of the Pixar universe by the remarkable Mr-Bluebird. Loving the meta quality of all these.

Pixar spent nearly three years developing two unique software systems for Merida’s hair: one program coordinated the movement of 1,500 separate curls, the other created a seamless relationship between Merida’s hair and her movements.

Movie Night: Pixar animators spent weeks making this character reunion for our Hollywood issue—it’s a pretty irresistible take on those Eisenhower-era snapshots of 3-D moviegoers. Like anything Pixar, you find more the longer you look: We love Remy’s rapturous gaze (from Ratatouille), the aliens’ three-eyed glasses (the Toy Story movies), and Carl Fredrickson’s “what’s-this-3D-hootenanny” old-man grimace (Up).
Guesses on what they’re watching?

I love how Mike’s one eye still gets a pair of 3D glasses, but the aliens get the three-eyed glasses :)
